Towering Jacob's Ladder

This is another flower that I cannot be sure I have identified. It appears to be an example of Polemonium Foliosissimum, but it does not precisely match the photographs I have been able to find; in particular I do not see the dark veins radiating from the base on images from the web, although my flower seems to have faint ones. I only include it here because there seem to be a large number of variants and I cannot but wonder if this plant is one of those variants. If I have erred, please forgive me. The internet also mentions in one place that Polemonium Foliosissimum is rare, although other sources do not mimic that assertion.

Taken in August, 2011, but the location has been lost. The photos above and below are also not in perfect focus, making identification more difficult.
