Site 34

Site 34 is just a tad less than 4.1 miles from Argyle Canyon and is about 180 feet from the road. Use binoculars because the land here is private. There are only two obvious figures, a man and a small snake, although the panel may have had other small figures originally that have eroded. And the panel seems to be without any apparent place for the artist to stand while creating these figures. It seems likely that the original ledge used for this purpose has eroded away since. About 50 feet to the right of this panel is one with very eroded figures on it but one in particular looks a little like it might be a scorpion. Also, Site 35 is a tad less than a tenth of a mile farther east and there are some more panels before you get there. Some folks like to walk this distance.
